How much is an EverDeck install?
Coating your deck, dock or fence is an investment to maintain your structure. Just like waxing your car, or cleaning your gutters, coating your deck or dock is preventative maintenance. Price may vary but here are some parameters:
To have a fence stained, the price generally ranges from $1 - $2 per square foot on most projects. Because decks tend to have more details than fences, they are priced a bit differently. The floors range from $6.00 - $10.00 per square foot, steps range from $25.00 - $40.00 each, deck railings range from $10.00 - $20.00 per linear foot. Concrete can vary but around $6 - $10. Over a 10 year period cost is substantially lower than staining and painting every other year. Composite decking can cost $30-$50 per square foot.
All EverDeck installs come with a 10 year warranty to protect your investment. Additional costs may be from wood repairs, obstacles around the project, among other things.
How long does EverDeck last?

Why is EverDeck better than the products at hardware stores or other coatings?
EverDeck is an industrial-grade product developed with more polymers than competitive products. Our formulas have more resin and fluorine than competitive products. The material is formulated specifically to address problems associated with outdoor wood coatings and concrete coatings in hostile environments. Also, our Primer ensures a bond to the substrate and provides a surface for our coatings to adhere to. Our UV sealer keeps the coating long lasting. This product does not lose thickness and has higher permeability, making it breathable.
Do I need the aggregate in the product?
The aggregate is like rebar is to concrete, it makes it durable. You do not need to use aggregate to railings or vertical steps. Also there is no need for fences. But the aggregate gives the deck or dock a slip resistance and helps the coating perform long term. Feel free to let us know if you want a sample to feel the coating.
What should I do to fix screws, knots, and cracks?
EverDeck sells a wood filler to apply and fill in any voids before applying the coating. Check out our shop for more information.
